Tee it up for the Troops

A golf game on the National Day of Golf is a great motivator for a wounded warrior.

Tee it up for the Troops, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization established in 2005 by the family and friends of a soldier who enlisted in the United States Army after September 11, 2001. When the son was asked by his father what he needed, the son responded by asking his father to do something for the soldiers and their families back home. Tee it up for the Troops was created to honor that request and to recognize the needs of all veterans who have served and continue to serve this great nation.

I was proud to be part of the flagship event every year at Mendakota Country Club on the Friday closest to September 11.  It was an honor to connect participants with one or more US military units overseas, and especially to connect families privately.

Here are highlights from the 2015 event.

Here is a page with video and some pictures from the 2013 event.

I have thousands of pictures, videos, and slideshows from past events on my Infrasupport ftp site, here.  Help yourself to anything you want.

And, of course, just fill out the contact form in the right sidebar if you want to become involved with Tee it up for the Troops and I’ll put you in touch with the right people.
